MMDfr.fr is an independent site built for the MikuMikuDance community.
It is run by a developer who has been part of the MMD community and built tools to make the software more accessible — starting with MikuInstaller, now rebuilt as MmdStart, and MikuVideo, a video conversion and inspection tool tailored for MMD users.
